Man arrested for trying to strangle Kentucky State Trooper
Jeromy Clark was arrested and is facing numerous charges including assault on a police officer, and strangulation.

Court documents said the trooper was choked by Clark to the point where they could feel the blood in their neck stop flowing and became light headed about to pass out.
