MSD will keep Bullitt County customers' current rate through 2026, but after that, MSD will raise rates by 3% or until they equal the rates in Jefferson County.
The committee say the complaints are coming from neighbors in west and central Louisville, comparing the odor to the smell of rotten eggs.
After an increase in complaints from neighbors, MSD launched a new odor initiative called the "ClAIRity Program."
