LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A person is dead and another is in the hospital after a crash involving a TARC bus and vehicle in St. Denis Saturday afternoon, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said police responded to a crash in the 2900 block of Rockford Lane, near Cane Run Road, around 1 p.m. Police said a passenger vehicle crashed into a TARC bus.
Two people in the passenger vehicle had to be extricated by Louisville Fire and Rescue. One of those passengers died at the hospital. The other person is in the hospital in serious condition, according to police.
LMPD's Traffic Unit is investigating the crash.
