LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville's official Christmas tree is now in place at Jefferson Square Park.
The 40-foot spruce was donated by the Louisville Airport Authority. It was cut down Wednesday morning along Cannons Lane next to Bowman Field.
It will now be the centerpiece of holiday activities for the city, including Light Up Louisville, which will be held Dec. 7.
