LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Music filled the air Saturday afternoon along the Ohio River for the sixth annual Reggae Reunion at the Park.
It took place at Carrie Gaulbert Cox Park on River Road.
Performers included T. Natty, and the event featured several vendors and more than a dozen Caribbean restaurants.
They served everything from jerk tacos to Jamaican barbecue.
It was a free event that also highlighted the history and independence of Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.
"There is BBQ in the distance, people having a good time, this is good for the community, this is good for business and especially people like me who are small business from Louisville, Kentucky to be at an event such as this for the sixth year in a row," vendor Jaison Mickey said.
