Floyds Knobs barn fire

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A barn was destroyed in a fire late Monday night in southern Indiana, prompting a response from multiple fire departments.

According to Floyds Knobs Professional Firefighters, crews were dispatched around 10:41 p.m. to a reported structure fire in the 6000 block of Georgetown-Greenville Road.

When firefighters arrived, they found a barn fully engulfed in flames, with part of the structure already collapsed.

Crews quickly began efforts to bring the fire under control and prevent the flames from spreading to nearby areas.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire has not been released.
