LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The lights are on and the soft serve is flowing at a beloved Louisville ice cream shop.
Dairy Kastle opened for the 2024 season on Tuesday, a sure sign that warm temperatures are almost here to stay.
This season marks the first that Dairy Kastle will accept credit cards. In past seasons, it only accepted cash.
Dairy Kastle is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and from noon to 9:30 p.m. on Sundays.
The shop is located at the corner of Bradley Avenue and Eastern Parkway near the University of Louisville in the city's Saint Joseph neighborhood.
