LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Falls City Beer announced a partnership this week with the Louisville Bats.
All season at Louisville Slugger Field, Bats fans can purchase Home Run Hops, a beer Falls City said was made just for the Bats.
"It only makes sense for Louisville’s original beer brand to team up with the longest-standing professional sports team in the city," Jason Wade, president of Falls City Beer, said in a news release Friday. "As a Louisville native, some of my best childhood memories were attending Redbirds and Riverbats games at the Old Cardinal Stadium. This collaboration is long overdue and we hope fans appreciate the unique private label brew made for the team this year."
Home Run Hops is available at Slugger Field in 19.2-ounce cans all season long.
