LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One of the more recognizable properties in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood has a new owner.
Documents filed this week with the Jefferson County Clerk's Office show the owners of Holy Grale have purchased the triangle property at the intersection of Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue.
The sale price was $1.4 million. The building was most recently home to Maple Street Biscuit Company, which closed in the spring. Prior to that, it was a Yang Kee Noodle and a KFC.
The property is right next to Holy Grale and its other businesses, Gralehaus and Bar Grale.
It's unclear what the plans are for the property.
