Louisville Zoo hiring seasonal workers at upcoming January job fair

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Zoo will host a job fair next weekend as it looks for seasonal part-time workers.

The annual job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 24 in the Islands Pavilion Gheens Room, according to a news release from the zoo Tuesday. The zoo is looking to fill seasonal positions in various departments, including: admissions, animal departments, education, front desk, guest services, horticulture, membership and the Splash Park.

Candidates will receive training for their positions. Animal and education departments require additional experience.

Pay starts at $16.65 per hour.
