LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville's Regional Airport Authority is selling 52 acres of residential development land in Heritage Creek.
The airport authority has retained SVN Menish Commercial Real Estate to sell the land.
The real estate company said the sale is 40 years in the making and is the final phase of the Louisville Airport Expansion Plan.
The land, which is being sold for $3.1 million, will allow for more than 160 new homes to be built in the Heritage Creek area.
