LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The owners of Mussel & Burger Bar in Jeffersontown will soon open a second location in the former St. Charles Exchange space at 113 S. 7th Street downtown.
The news was first reported by Food and Dining Magazine on Tuesday and confirmed by Mussel & Burger Bar’s Facebook page.
The second Mussel & Burger Bar should open in about six weeks, owner Fernando Martinez told Food and Dining Magazine.
Martinez’s Ole Restaurant Group is also behind two Mexican restaurants -- Guaca Mole on Ormsby Station Road and El Taco Luchador on Baxter Avenue -- and a Spanish restaurant opening soon in Westport Village called Artesano Tapas Vino y Mas.
