LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- PNC bank renewed its lease at its downtown Louisville tower.

Under the terms of the lease renewal, PNC retail branch will be on the ground floor of the building on South 5th Street with office spaces on several floors. for the next ten years. 

PNC also plans upgrades and enhancement to the building that will last through through 2027. 

PNC is Louisville's largest bank, and the tower opened its doors 50 years ago.
