LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A downtown Louisville property has hit the real estate market.

The former Minit-Print-It/MPI Printing building on West Jefferson Street, across from the Kentucky International Convention Center, was listed for sale this month, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.

The 10,540-square-foot building is next to a parking garage with more than 400 spots.

Listing agent Gant Hill, of Gant Hill Associates, said the .63-acre property offers "versatile development opportunities across various sectors," and could be an ideal spot for a new hotel.

The price of the property was not disclosed in the listing on the real estate website Moody's, but the list price says "negotiable."

Property records show the building was last purchased in 1999 for nearly $242,000.
