LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Clarkville Police arrested a man Wednesday morning wanted for allegedly shooting a woman inside her apartment.
Police got a tip David Booher was at a boarding house on South Shelby Street, near Shelby Park.
Booher is now behind bars at Metro Corrections, arrested on his warrant for failing to appear in court for theft, but police say he's also a suspect in the shooting.
Police say Booher fired a shot from outside the woman's apartment after leaving threatening voicemails for her and her boyfriend. They say he had stayed with them last week.
The victim is recovering after surgery.
