LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It will soon be paradise for shoppers in Shelby County.
On Thursday morning we learned that Gucci will have a store at the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass. It's one of only seven such stores across the country.
Meanwhile, more than 1,200 construction workers are putting the final touches on the shopping complex just off Interstate 64 in Simpsonville.
Developers promise that construction work will be finished in time for the July 31 grand opening.
A total of 85 stores will set up shop in the center, including familiar names like Nike, American Eagle, Polo and Old Navy.
