LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two people in Harrison County were arrested on drug charges Friday, according to Indiana State Police.
ISP said police learned about an alleged stolen trailer and drug activity at a residence on Lake Road Southeast. When police drove past the home, they saw the trailer matching the description and stopped to talk with the homeowner John R. Hubbard.
Hubbard, 52, allowed police to look at the trailer and they confirmed it was stolen. Police contacted the registered owner of the trailer, who said it was stolen the night before.
According to police, Kimberly Rae Cornett was also inside the home. The 37-year-old woman was wanted on a Harrison County warrant.
After police requested and were granted a search warrant for the home, they found Cornett in the basement along with a stolen pistol and stolen motorcycle. Police said they also found drug paraphernalia and more than 25 grams of methamphetamine packaged with five individual bags with other drug-related items.
Hubbard was charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property, possession of legend drug, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
Cornett was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property and wanted on warrant.
