LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 30-year-old Jeffersonville, Indiana, man was arrested after crashing a car into two men early Friday morning.

Jeffersonville Police said in a statement Friday that officers responded to the intersection of Pearl and West Maple streets on a crash involving two pedestrians.

Police found two unconscious men, and both were taken by Heartland EMS to the hospital.

One victim regained consciousness and sustained "significant" injuries, and the other man remains unconscious with no status update at this time, according to police.

Benjamin Fox was arrested on scene after a DUI investigation. He's been charged with two counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury, OWI endangering and OWI.

He was taken to the Clark County Jail, and his bond was set at $25,000. He's due in court Monday, Aug. 4.
