LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said two juveniles were charged after an incident involving a gun at school earlier this week.Â
Deputies said they received a tip that two students photographed themselves with a handgun inside a bathroom at Martha Layne Collins High School.
The sheriff's office was able to confirm the picture was taken in the school's restroom.
They searched a home on Jan. 27 and found the gun.
Two juveniles were charged as the investigation continues.
Police said said there's no threat to Shelby County schools or students.
