LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 30-year-old man was arrested in Highview and charged with murder on Friday, according to court documents.

Rafael Antonio Ixcaco-Son was arrested on Friday afternoon. According to court documents, Ixcaco-Son shot and killed a person at an adult entertainment club on Poplar Level Road on Aug. 25.

Ixcaco-Son had been put out of the club and got into a vehicle. Ixcaco-Son drove past the front door and fired a gun in the air, according to court documents.

An employee of the club brought out a gun and Ixcaco-Son circled around the building. Ixcaco-Son shot the employee. Surveillance video captured the incident.

Ixcaco-Son returned to the club later that day to look for his missing wallet. That allowed investigators to positively ID him. 

The employee was paralyzed after being shot in the back. The victim, Terrance Mason, was taken to UofL Hospital then received treatment at Frazier Rehab. 

Mason later died at St. Mary's Hospital.

Ixcaco-Son was arraigned on Saturday and held on a $500,000 cash bond.
