LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A not-guilty plea was entered Friday morning on behalf of a man accused of gunning down a gas station worker in Louisville's Russell neighborhood.

Jefferson District Judge Jessica Moore reduced JoJuanta Dickerson's bond to $250,000 in court.

Dickerson is accused of shooting and killing Indrias Joseph at the Platinum Food Mart in June.

Court records say Dickerson walked into the gas station at the intersection of West Broadway and South 13th Street and got into a fight with Joseph.

According to court documents, Dickerson pulled out a gun and shot Joseph in the chest.

Police said they got tips about Dickerson and identified him from surveillance video.
