LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Clark County deputy prosecutor is on the other side of the law after being arrested Sunday.
Officials said David Carroll was arrested early Sunday morning in Floyd County, and is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Clark County Prosecutor Jeremy Mull said in a statement he suspended Carroll following his arrest. Mull said he will make a final decision about his job, after reviewing the police report.
