LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police found an escaped Louisville inmate in Lexington.
James Middleton was arrested Tuesday and according to court documents he was assigned to community transitional services but left the parole office building in Louisville.
He was serving an 18-month sentence for drug possession before he escaped.
He's now charged with second-degree escape.
