LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A male was shot and killed by police in Pulaski County on Friday night, according to Kentucky State Police.
Somerset Police Department responded to a domestic violence complaint on Emerald Court around 11:53 p.m. Police found a male suspect armed with a gun.
KSP said police shot the suspect and he died at the scene. An officer from Somerset Police Department was injured in the incident and taken to Lake Cumberland Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
KSP is investigating the shooting.
