LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Police are asking for the public's help identifying a suspect accused of robbing a local Walgreens last week.

In a social media post Wednesday, Louisville Metro Police said the robbery at the Walgreens at 3410 West Broadway happened around 9 a.m. on Dec. 4 in the city's Chickasaw neighborhood.

Police said the suspect told an employee he possibly had a weapon and demanded cash. Police believe the suspect boarded a TARC bus after the robbery, and shared a surveillance photo from the bus on social media. 

Police said the suspect is a Black man, between 30-40 years old, weighs between 140-150 pounds and is 5'6 to 5'8 inches tall.
