LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man pleaded not guilty Friday to stabbing a man and hitting him with a baseball bat.
Police arrested 45-year-old Thomas Keith Husband this week and charged him with assault, robbery and possession of meth.
Louisville Metro Police officers found the victim on April 2 at the BP gas station on Berry Boulevard. The man said Husband came at him with a bat and hit him several times before stabbing him in the side and arm.
Husband then reportedly ran off with the victim and a witness' belongings.
Officers also found meth on Husband before arresting him. The man who was stabbed was seriously hurt but is expected to survive.
On Friday, a judge set Husband's bond at $50,000.
