LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police arrested a man they said was street racing at 2nd and River Road last weekend.
Police arrested 20-year-old Cameron Carter on Thursday. He's been initially charged with wanton endangerment, racing on a public highway, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and violating the street racing ordinance.
Police said they identified him using surveillance images from the scene.
Officers later impounded his Mustang, which will be kept for six months.
