LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police and Metro Public Works are asking for help identifying a man caught on camera illegally dumping.
The man is seen driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee off of East Adair Street with unsecured mattresses on top. Police said he then dumped them on Louisville Avenue.Â
As of early October, Kentucky has had 1,400 reports of illegal dumping this year.
Metro Public Works reminds residents that items, such as mattresses, can be dropped off for free at the Waste Reduction Center on Meriwether Avenue.
