LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Nelson County man was arrested on drug charges and for running from police.

Randall Scott Miller was arrested on Feb. 21 when a deputy tried to pull him over for not having a license plate on his motorcycle.

The deputy said Miller drove away from the traffic stop on Monks Road, turning onto Eddie Miles Road. He then got off the bike and tried to run away.

The deputy used his K-9 to catch Miller.

The deputy found three bags of suspected meth, a scale and a pipe in Miller's backpack.

Miller was taken to the hospital before being booked in the Nelson County Correctional Center.
