LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- University of Kentucky Police said in a campus bulletin that a student was sexually assaulted on campus.
Police say it happened in the victim's dorm in a residence hall Jan. 17 but wasn't reported until Jan. 26. The victim told investigators she knows the two suspects.
UK Police are actively investigating, and the victim is being provided with resources and support.
At least a half-dozen sexual assaults on campus have been reported since late last year, and several of the victims said they knew their alleged attackers. Louisville Airport Police arrested a Louisville man in November in connection with an alleged sexual assault on Nov. 10, 2024.
