LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The victim of a fatal shooting at a park in Louisville's Newburg neighborhood is a 47-year-old man.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Takieo L. Thomas. He died of a gunshot wound after being shot at the Gazebo of Petersburg Park on East Indian Trail on May 16.
On the night of the incident, Louisville Metro Police said officers were called to a reported shooting in the 5000 block of East Indian Trail just before 9 p.m.
No arrests have been made in the case.
