LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Indiana University will host the world's first Taylor Swift Conference.
It's happening Nov. 3-4. Thirty speakers from all over the world will talk about Swift's influence on culture, the economy, politics and more.
A Swift-themed festival will kick off the conference on Thursday, Nov. 2, followed by a dance party. Panels will be held Friday and Saturday.
The event ends Sunday with a Swift-themed market.
Events are free, but tickets are required. While tickets have already sold out, organizers said those still interested in the conference can call the box office at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater to ask about a waitlist.
The full conference schedule will be released later this month.
