LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Jefferson County Public Schools shut down its bus help-line Tuesday.
The 485-RIDE phone number went live a week before school started for parents to call with transportation-related questions.
It was meant to be available for two and a half weeks. A JCPS spokesperson said they weren't getting any calls.
If you have bus problems, JCPS recommends calling your child's school or the district's transportation office.
