LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Local students are sending help to communities in North Carolina that were devastated by a hurricane.
Students from Christian Academy of Indiana and Louisville loaded up a box truck with supplies this week. Those boxes include baby care items, pet food, batteries and tents.
Students and their families donated all of the supplies. The boxes are now headed to North Carolina to help the communities that were affected by Hurricane Helene.
