LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A condo complex in Louisville's Clifton neighborhood received extensive damage after it caught fire Thursday morning.

Louisville Fire officials were called to the 600 block of Ledgeview Park Drive around 5:45 a.m. on reports of a condo complex on fire, according to a news release from LFD Captain Donovan Sims.

Fire crews found a two-story complex at the location with smoke and fire coming through the roof.

It took firefighters around 30 minutes to get control of the fire with 40 firefighters on scene.

There were no injuries reported and searches of the complex were negative, Sims said.

The American Red Cross is assisting four people displaced by the fire. LFD's Arson Unit is investigating.
