LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man who once served less than three years for a 2008 crash that killed four people is headed back to prison.
Herbert Lee has been sentenced to serve 10 more years, after he pleaded guilty to several charges including receiving stolen property, resisting arrest and fleeing or evading police. Lee entered his guilty plea to the charges last week.
In February, an LMPD officer saw Lee driving a stolen car and arrested him.
That's when police say he kicked out the window of a patrol car to try to escape.
He served less than three years in prison for the 2008 crash that killed Aaron Shields and Jamar, Demar and Marc Claybrooks.
Lee also served time last year when he was arrested for driving another stolen vehicle.
