LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A second swimmer has died at a Patoka Lake this season, according to Indiana conservation officials.

In a release, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources said officers were called to the overlook dam just before 2 p.m. Sunday, after a person went under water and didn't resurface.

About two hours later, divers recovered the body of Edgar Osbaldo Garcia Herrera, 19, of Evansville.

Earlier this month, IDNR recovered the body of  24-year-old Axel Richardson of Indianapolis. Divers had to use sonar to find the man, who disappeared under the water near the Painter Creek boat ramp on July 1.

Indiana Conservation Officers remind the public to always wear a life jacket when on or around the water.
