LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There are some brief scheduled lane closures on the Interstate 265 in Louisville for Monday.
Starting at 8 p.m. on Monday, the right lane at I-265 southbound over Shelbyville Road will close. It also includes closure of the ramps to both I-64 West and I-64 East, and those closures go until midnight.
The detour will have drivers continue on I-265 south and turn around at the KY 155/Taylorsville Road exit, then get back on I-265 north.
Signage will be in place to alert drivers of construction zones and closures. Drivers are encouraged to use caution while driving through the area.
I-Move Kentucky is the largest single construction project in the state since the Ohio River Bridges project in 2016.
