LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man died when he was hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning on Cane Run Road.
Louisville Metro Police spokesperson John Bradley said officers were called to Cane Rune Road and Millers Lane around 12:45 a.m. morning for a report of a pedestrian hit by a car.
When officers arrived, they found a deceased man in the road.
The investigation showed that the man was walking on Cane Run Road and was hit by a vehicle, causing him to be thrown into the opposite lane.
A second vehicle also hit the man as a result, Bradley said.
The victim was identified by the Jefferson County Coroner's Office Thursday as 58-year-old Isadore Sutton.
LMPD's Traffic Unit is investigating. There are no charges anticipated at this time.
