LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man is dead after a crash between a motorcycle and a garbage truck early Monday morning.
Louisville police said the crash happened just before 2 a.m. on Dixie Highway, not far from Valley Station Road.
Investigation indicates the man was traveling north on Dixie Highway on a motorcycle when he collided head-on with a garbage truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the garbage truck stayed on scene and no charges are expected.
