LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Social distancing measures fell by the wayside for some over the weekend as hundreds of people packed the Indiana Dunes National Park in Porter, Indiana.

On the edge of Lake Michigan, there was less space on the beach this year because of high water levels. But that pushed people closer than ever in a time when social distancing is encouraged.

Meanwhile, many nearby parks were empty.
