LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A animal connected to Halloween was celebrated on Saturday along with a Louisville icon.
Second Chance Wildlife Center held its annual bat festival at Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. There was live music, activities for children, a silent auction and live bats.
Earlier this year, Second Chance Wildlife Center partnered with the baseball museum's other attraction, Barrels & Billets Bourbon Experience, to create their own limited-edition bourbon called Night Flight. It is priced at $55 per bottle and a portion of every sale goes back toward the nature nonprofit.
