SHEPHERDSVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Bullitt County man accused of killing his niece has pleaded not guilty to charges in a case dating back to 1996.
A grand jury indicted Dishon last week on charges of sexual abuse, incest and sodomy in a case involving a boy less than 12 years old.
Dishon appeared for his arraignment Monday, Jan. 27, with noticeably shorter hair.
A trial date for this case has been scheduled for late April. But just as Dishon has denied killing his niece, he also denies these new claims
In October 2013, Dishon pleaded not guilty to the 1999 kidnapping and murder of his 17-year-old niece Jessica Dishon.
Later that month, he was indicted on unrelated charges of sodomy and incest.
Monday, Dishon's bond was set at $250,000 and he's ordered to have no contact with anyone under 18.
Dishon is currently being held in the Bullitt County Detention Center.
