LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The owner of a Louisville-area pool company charged with theft is scheduled to change her plea.

Court documents indicate a plea agreement for Tracy Davenport in Clark County, Indiana, with her agreeing to plead guilty to corrupt business influence and theft.

Her change of plea hearing is scheduled for next Monday, Dec. 9. That's the day her trial was set to start before it was canceled.

Prosecutors said  the plea agreement calls for Davenport to pay restitution to four families and serve a seven-year sentence with six years in jail, followed by one year on probation. The last two years of the sentence could possibly be served on home incarceration, according to the agreement.

The deal isn't final until next week's hearing.

Davenport is accused of taking money from dozens of clients to build pools in several Kentucky and Indiana counties, but never completed the work.

She also pleaded guilty in Floyd County to felony theft and fraud charges. Davenport and her husband, Matt Davenport, own Davenport Extreme Pools and Spas. Matt Davenport has not been charged.

Tracy Davenport also pleaded guilty in Bullitt County for two other cases and avoided a trial. Her next court hearing there is in January. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation.
