LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Village Green, the developers behind the renovation of the 800 apartment tower in downtown Louisville, has released renderings of the the plans for the building on South Fourth Street, our partners at Business First report.
The iconic blue building, which was built in 1963, is 29 stories tall.
Village Green announced last year that it is investing $10 million to transform it into a like-new apartment building with a Sky Club and rooftop pool.
Rent for the apartments will range from $750 to $1,500.
