Jim Tutt, 64, was among five people who lost their lives in Monday's mass shooting at a downtown Louisville bank.
On Tuesday, Officer Nickolas Wilt remained in critical condition at UofL Hospital and had developed pneumonia.
He remains on a ventilator in critical condition.
