The Harrison County Sheriff's Office is investigating a hit-and-run. Sheriff Nick Smith said it happened on Martin Mathis Road around 11:30 p.m. Monday.
Sam Smith, age 19, is now in custody.
Christian Pittman was found guilty of killing Chrissy Grimsley.
