Baptist Health Louisville unveiled its newly named Kosair for Kids NICU following a $2 million investment that added 11 beds and expanded clinical space to serve more newborns and families.

It happens June 26 at Baptist Health Floyd's Paris Health & Education Center at 1850 State Street in New Albany.
This weekend marks the second year for the event at the southern Indiana hospital.
The new unit features 32 new rooms with universal beds to keep care centrally located.
Monday night at 8:15, nurses from Baptist Health Floyd will walk the bridge from Indiana while nurses from La Grange, Louisville and Hardin County walk from the Kentucky side to meet in the middle.
The event is set to include food trucks, inflatables and face painting.
There are no income restrictions, and you don't have to be a Baptist Health patient to attend.
It's been a six-year process for the hospital on State Street in New Albany.
Doctors operate the robot while a patient is under anesthesia.
