A 19-year-old Elizabethtown man is facing charges after investigators say an infant was found with serious injuries, and the case remains under investigation.

Keith Kennedy-McLeod is not eligible for probation. 

A Taylor County woman was arrested Saturday after her 6-month-old daughter was found dead in their home.

The boy's parents, Jherrel White and Jazmine Wiggins, as well as his uncle, Dejuan Floyd Jr., were all charged with criminal abuse of a child among other charges.

Three of the boy's family members -- including his parents -- are facing serious charges after what police say they did, both before and after the shooting.
