Larry Waters, 49, was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide after the crash on West Buckner Hill Road around 7:23 p.m.
The woman drove toward the officer, who shot at the police cruiser.Â

The crash happened just before 2 a.m. Saturday, June 24, at the intersection of Kentucky 61 and Kentucky 323 in the Summersville community of Green County, according to Kentucky State Police.
